Sprint supports the development of CDMA technologies around the world and as a part of that commitment offers the Select Carrier Program, which enhances the ability for international operators to learn from the Sprint leading experience with CDMA technologies.

CDMA Select Carrier Program - What is it?

The Sprint Select Carrier Program is a formal, contractual relationship between Sprint and an international CDMA operator looking to reduce costs and speed time-to-market from a network, technology, product platform, and device standpoint.

The Program includes:

  • deep access to Sprint “know how” and Intellectual Property
  • consistent interaction with functional experts and executives
  • knowledge of Sprint strategic & technical planning & roadmaps
  • access to suppliers of platforms, content and device hardware and software
  • leverage by using Sprint purchasing power to lower costs

For Sprint to be a strong advocate supporting your business objectives, the Select Carrier Program offers four key elements:

  • Information Sharing (Right-to-Know)
    Disclosure of core Sprint knowledge and support from subject matter experts to influence planning, technology selection, and commercial go-to-market functions that will optimize revenues, speed time-to-market, and reduce costs.
  • Sprint Tools, Platforms & Content (Right-to-Use)
    Commercialize Sprint-based product platforms and content applications to reduce deployment time & costs.
  • Device Procurement & Logistics (Right-to-Use)
    Work together with Sprint to leverage common specifications and alignment to drive lower device costs.
  • Professional Services
    Engage Sprint’s strategic and operational know-how, carrier experiences, best practices, and subject matter experts to “show-how” in targeted operational areas.
