IRT Top Performers 2012

Twice a year, CDMA carriers are asked to report their roaming implementation metrics in CRIET. These metrics are used to gauge the growth of CDMA roaming implementations and to help identify areas where the IRT may need to focus. These metrics are also used to identify the carriers that have completed the most implementations for recognition before their peers.

Most Implementations:

Sprint has been a vibrant and high profile carrier in CDMA roaming for years and has a long, rich history of knocking out implementations.

  • This year Sprint swept all of the implementations award categories by completing and reporting the most CDMA roaming voice, SMS and data implementations. Congratulations go to Sprint and the entire roaming team for your hard work and the amazing results!

Company participation:

Company participation at the IRT does not go unnoticed. The winners of these awards are determined by a variety of factors including attending IRTs, hosting and sponsoring IRT meetings, participating in the leads team and speaking at IRT meetings.
  • Asia Carrier - MTS India
  • Americas Carrier - Commnet
  • Vendor - A tie between MACH and Vodafone

All-time highs:

Congratulations to Sprint for implementing more voice, more SMS and more data partners than any other carrier through the years with over 200 outbound international implementations and almost 300 total implementations!

Congratulations to Danny McCrackin of Sprint for accessing CRIET more than 600 times which is more than any other carrier user.

Congratulations to Verizon for uploading over 800 documents to CRIET since its inception.
