Plans and handsets

4G The Live can be purchased also in format MultiVivo, new concept in mobile Internet, which allows up to five additional devices - tablets, modems or smartphones - are connected to the Internet from a smartphone through a single plan for a monthly fee from £ 29 per additional line, ensuring economy and convenience to the user.

Vivo already sells six models of smartphone to connect to the internet via 4G: LTE Samsung SIII; Motorola Razr HD, LG Optimus G, Nokia Lumia 820, Nokia Lumia 920, Sony Xperia ZQ and also offers Samsung Galaxy S IV. Complementary infrastructure

Telefonica Vivo has selected Ericsson to supply and implementation of 4G/LTE network in the North and Midwest regions of Brazil, and the states of São Paulo, Minas Gerais and Bahia. International experience

Sprint Launches Data Link and Static IP on its 4G LTE Network OVERLAND PARK, Kan., April 23, 2013 - Sprint today announced that Sprint Data Link™ and Static IP networking services now operate over the Sprint 4G LTE network. Both products are compatible with 3G as well as 4G, and include upgrades that make it easier for businesses and government agencies to deploy, manage and extend an enterprise network to modems, tablets and handsets.

Sprint Data Link enables business networks to reach beyond the limits of a corporate enterprise WAN. Sprint Data Link provides mobile employees and connected devices with access to their mission-critical business information over a private wireless network, separate from the public Internet.

Sprint Data Link comes with a 99.9% availability service level agreement (SLA) and is supported on a vast array of 3G- and 4G-capable devices including handsets, tablets, laptops, mobile broadband cards, hotspots and M2M embedded modems. Sprint Selects u-blox As A Preferred Module Provider For Long-term CDMA Network Support OVERLAND PARK, Kan. & THALWIL, Switzerland, April 22, 2013 - Sprint, a major U.S. telecommunications provider, and Swiss-based u-blox, a leading provider of cellular modem modules and positioning technology, announce the expansion of their collaboration in support of Sprint’s commitment to the 2G (1xRTT) CDMA network. As a carrier committed to network choice, Sprint believes M2M customers should be able to choose or combine 2G, 3G and 4G LTE capabilities, depending on their particular requirements. Sprint expects to maintain its 2G network capability for the long term as part of its overall Network Vision strategy. Both companies believe 2G remains an important network option for business customers, including those that deploy Machine-to-Machine (M2M) solutions as part of their service or product offerings.

This collaboration will allow business customers to extend the product lifetime of their existing 2G M2M devices by seamlessly migrating to the CDMA network with minimal effort. Bluegrass Cellular Launches Second 4G LTE Network, GetSetGoTM Wireless Internet Service

Bluegrass Cellular Launches Second 4G LTE Network, GetSetGoTM Wireless Internet Service Elizabethtown, KY (April 18, 2013) – Bluegrass Cellular, a pioneer in the wireless industry in Kentucky, announced today the launch and planned expansion of its second 4G LTE network and the release of its wireless Internet GetSetGoTM branded broadband product and services. Using the company's lower 700 MHz spectrum licenses, Bluegrass Cellular plans to serve a coverage area of over 700,000 people by June of 2013.

The LTE core and test sites supporting GetSetGo services were placed into service in late 2012 in the Kentucky cities of Bowling Green, Elizabethtown and Radcliff. Several hundred Bluegrass Cellular customers have migrated from the company's 3G broadband service to LTE service as the company conducted focus groups and prepared for the full commercial launch of GetSetGo. Based on the success of this trial, the company is now pleased to announce that, in addition to markets served by Bluegrass Cellular for over 20 years, the company is expanding the GetSetGo product and service offering into contiguous markets that include Clarksville, Tenn., and Hopkinsville, Owensboro, Danville and Richmond Ky.

The GetSetGo wireless Internet service initial product offering uses an LTE WiFi router that integrates Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Ethernet ports in an easy and simple-to-use package. The company projects that GetSetGo customers will experience download speeds of 5 to 12 megabits per second (Mbps) and 2 to 5 Mbps for uploading data.

In November 2012, Bluegrass Cellular announced the launch of the first phase of its 4G LTE in Rural America (LRA) network in partnership with Verizon Wireless. As a result of that partnership, Bluegrass Cellular 4G LRA customers and Verizon Wireless customers have access to LTE-speed data services within Bluegrass Cellular's 4G LRA coverage areas.
