Kit
Exhibitor Service Kit
The Exhibitor Service Kit will be mailed to all confirmed
Sponsors and Exhibitors in August or upon receipt of
the Application for Exhibit Space.
Carpeting
The CDG will carpet the Sheraton Harbor Island Exhibit
Hall. Additional carpeting may be ordered from the Exhibitor
Service Kit.
Equipment and Furnishings
The CDG will not provide equipment or furnishings for
your exhibit space other than that which is listed in
the Sponsorship and Exhibitor Package descriptions.
Additional equipment and furnishings may be ordered
from the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Floral/Plant Service
Exhibitors may wish to enhance their exhibit space by
ordering plants or floral arrangements. Forms to request
florals and plants will be included in the Exhibitor
Service Kit.
Telephone and ISDN Lines
Telephone and ISDN lines will be available through the
Sheraton Harbor Island. Forms to order telephone lines
will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Cleaning Service
The CDG will arrange for vacuuming of the aisles once
each evening during the closed hours. This service does
not include dusting, arranging or otherwise maintaining
exhibits. Additional cleaning services may be ordered
from the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Computer Rentals
Complete rental of computer equipment will be available
to Exhibitors. Rental information will be included in
the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Electrical Services
Electrical services are not included in any Sponsorship
or Exhibitor Packages. If you require electrical service,
you must order it through the general service contractor.
Information and order forms for electrical service will
be provided in the Exhibitor Service Kit.
Shipping
Ship materials directly to the Official Service Contractor.
Detailed shipping information will be included in the
Exhibitor Service Kit.
Exhibitors may not ship materials directly to the Sheraton
Harbor Island
