This package provides Senior Exhibitors the following
benefits:
Conference Admittance
- One (1) Conference registration
entitles admittance to general sessions, exhibits,
meals and special events and one (1) set of conference
documentation. Please note that this registration
does not include admittance to conference workshops
- Exhibit Staff passes
Three (3) for CDG Members
Two (2) for Non-CDG Members
Exhibit Staff passes entitle admittance into the exhibits,
meals and special events as outlined here. Exhibit
Staff passes do not entitle admittance to general
sessions or workshops or receipt of conference documentation
- Additional Exhibit Staff passes
may be purchased for $100 each
Booth Space and Furnishings
- 10' deep x 10' wide exhibit space
(100 square feet)
- 10' wide x 8' high back drape structure.
Note: the ceiling height of the Sheraton Harbor Island
Exhibit Hall is 10’
- Two (2) 42" draped side rails
- One (1) 4’ draped table, two
(2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket
- Carpeted exhibit space
- Company identification sign
- 24-hour exhibit hall security
*Electricity, lighting, floral/plants, material handling,
telephone and ISDN lines not included
Meals and Special Events
- Exhibitors are invited to attend
the pre-registration cocktail reception on the evening
of Wednesday, October 25
- CDG will provide lunch for Exhibit
Staff in the Sheraton Harbor Island Exhibit Hall on
Thursday, October 26 and Friday, October 27
On-Site Promotion
- Company name and 50-word description
listed in the On-Site Program
- For an additional $100.00 we will
include your company logo in the On-Site Program
Post-Conference Promotion
- One (1) Post-Show Attendee List
