Sky Link is the largest CDMA450 operator in Russia and the CIS. The company holds licenses for network development in 65 regions with a population of 104 mil which is more than 72% of the Russian Federation population. CJSC Sky Link was established in June 2003 in order to create the consolidated federal wireless network of IMT-MC-450 (CDMA450) standard.  Now Sky Link is in the process of further successful construction of regional networks within its entire license zone.
