The CDG advocates a progressive approach to regulating the wireless communications market to ensure that CDMA is allowed to co-exist and compete on a consistent basis with other wireless standards. We work with regulators around the world promoting a fair allocation of spectrum and transparent technology-neutral policies and advise them on the benefits of CDMA2000 technologies in meeting their market and social objectives. The CDG is a member of the International Telecommunications Union (ITU) and Inter-American Telecommunication Commission (CITEL) and contributes to the work of other international regulatory agencies. Currently, the main focus of our regulatory activities is on 3G spectrum and policies, allocation of 450 MHz for IMT and the next-generation IMT service. CDG Contact Details
